AWP processes only what is needed to sell advertising space and keep the service secure:

• Advertiser information provided at purchase (business name, description).
• Uploaded images / logos submitted for display.
• Submitted destination URLs and optional social media links.
• Purchase / order information (order ID, plot IDs, amount, timestamps).
• Technical / security information (IP address, user-agent, request logs) used to protect the service and prevent abuse.
• Reports submitted about advertisements.
• Cookie preferences (see Cookie Policy).

To provide the advertising service, verify payments, display advertisements on the correct board, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to reports and comply with legal obligations.

We rely on service providers acting on our behalf, including our payment processor (Stripe), our hosting provider and our currency-rate provider. Each provider is bound by its own terms and privacy notices.

Payments are processed by Stripe. AWP does not store your full payment card details; Stripe securely handles the card data required to process your payment.

We retain advertiser and order information for as long as it is needed to operate the service, comply with our legal obligations and maintain the board archive. You may request removal of an advertisement in line with our Terms.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we process. No online service is completely secure; you use the service at your own risk.

Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards provided by our service providers.
