Advertise With Pixels ("AWP", "we", "us") provides digital advertising space through purchasable plots displayed on AWP advertising boards.

Advertisers may purchase one or more available plots and submit an image, destination link and optional information for display on the relevant board.

A purchase provides advertising placement on the specific AWP board or advertising cycle shown at the time of purchase. Purchasing advertising space does not guarantee any particular number of visitors, impressions, clicks, enquiries, followers, customers or sales. AWP sells advertising placement only.

The total price is clearly displayed before payment and is calculated using: number of purchased plots × current plot price. AWP may change pricing for future purchases; price changes do not affect orders already successfully completed.

Payment is processed using our configured third-party payment provider. AWP does not directly store full customer payment card details where those details are handled by the payment provider. A plot is not considered purchased until payment has been successfully confirmed.

Plots may temporarily be reserved while another advertiser completes checkout. Reserved plots cannot be purchased by another customer during the reservation period. If payment is not completed within the reservation period, those plots may automatically become available again.

Advertisers are responsible for all material they submit including images, logos, business names, descriptions, website links and social media links. Advertisers must have the necessary rights and permissions to use the content they upload.

By submitting content, the advertiser grants AWP the permission necessary to host, resize, optimise and display that content as part of the purchased advertising service and relevant archive.

Advertisements must not contain or promote unlawful, fraudulent, malicious or harmful material, including where applicable: malware, phishing, scams, impersonation, illegal goods or services, intellectual-property infringement, malicious websites, explicitly abusive or hateful material, or content that creates a security risk.

AWP may reject, hide, suspend or remove advertisements that breach these Terms or applicable law.

Advertisements may contain links to third-party websites and social media platforms. AWP does not control those external websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, products or services. Visitors access advertiser links at their own discretion.

Purchasing a plot does not guarantee traffic, clicks, followers, sales, customers, revenue, business growth, search-engine ranking or social-media growth. The customer is purchasing advertising placement only.

Plots are subject to availability. Selecting a plot does not guarantee ownership. Ownership of advertising space is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.

Refund and cancellation rights depend on the final AWP refund policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms attempts to remove statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. Contact us if you have a query about a specific order.

When an advertising board closes, AWP may preserve that board within the Archive. Archived advertisements may remain visible and clickable unless removed by AWP.

AWP may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, security updates, hosting problems or events outside reasonable control. Continuous uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, AWP's liability arising from or in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific advertising order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

AWP may update or change features of the platform including future board structures, advertising formats and pricing. Existing completed purchases will continue according to the terms that applied when they were purchased unless changes are legally required.
